Border Edges Cannot Be Deleted In Maya (How to Fix)

" Line 101: Border edge cannot be deleted " HOW TO FIX

There are couple of reason to get this massage:

1.Its seems like a border edge but it isn't. its a thin face with two borders.

How to fix: (Demonstrated in the video, watch it)
go to face: select the face, that is like in a border.delete it. 



2.Messed up border edges.

Fix Messed border edge: delete one or two faces that are messed up. clean the border edges that are around in it. and recreate those deleted faces with more clear border edges.
